Where does a colleague stand if for the past year have been doing the manager role on options and through no fault of their own has not been signed off. The colleague is a high performer with green lights across the board. They have been told they will not get the hourly paid bonus because they are salaried now but can not get the manager bonus because they are not a signed off manager.
