its in the tesco help for employees under leaving Tesco. IF you are retiring you are allowed to reduce your hours by 20% and still be paid the full wage to help you settle in to your new lifestyle. I did have a copy electronically for when I put my retirement notice in but has been deleted since I retired. The 20% of wages are centrally supported so there is no impact on the store
