They need to fight it and they will get redundancy it’s too much of a change to there terms and conditions
The only closest thing my store has done is GM where filling is now from Days to Twilight but nothing to do with Nights at all.
We are now 10 weeks into our change and so far its disastrous, the store is a total bin every night, grocery deliveries don’t get finished on a daily basis, availability is shot to pieces and the shop floor looks a disgrace every single day. The only area thats seen an improvement is fresh as we still have a night crew on there so the work is getting done. It seems clear that it’s not working but management are too arrogant to admit defeat and change things back. All this to save a few quid a night on night premium…absolute joke
