As requested, I’ve replicated the calculator (and simplified slightly). You can find it here – https://verylittlehelpsagain.com/redundancy-calculator/

The numbers output by this calculator should only be used as a guide, your employer can provide an accurate figure.

        Hi all,

Following on from the feedback above, I have removed the requirement during registration to input your First/Last name. Hopefully this will bring some reassurance to those nervous about inputting this.

For those that have already registered, rest assured that your name would never be shown during any posts you make or comments you leave.

        Thanks

Thanks for your compliment, much appreciated. Yeah, agree and can understand totally! When I have some spare time I’m going to work on removing those fields from the sign up process 😊

          Thanks

            Thanks for your response.

I agree, it’s a shame not all users will find the new website due to not being a Reddit user, but unfortunately I cannot do anything about this. Hopefully those people will find it eventually through word of mouth.

I appreciate your view on the first and last name fields, I’ll look at a solution to remove this. However, when a user submits a post only the username is visible to the public and not their name. Valid point though, I can understand the concern and will work on it when time permits.

The risk statement is just so people understand that use of the forum is on them. If personal information is used or specifics that could identify them, the accountability is on the individual. Absolutely no risk from the admin of this website, but just a friendly warning to be careful is all 😊.

Thank you again for your reply and suggestions, I’ll work on improvements. Please do let me know if you have anymore and I’ll work on them.

            Thanks
