Stock and Admin manager is a waste of a wage. Ours does nothing at all. If the stock controllers go into each relevant department while Merch, Cash & Admin go to the non food Team Manager it makes more sense. If I was a business looking to make savings then the stock and admin manager would be the first to go. A manager who only has 10 staff is a pointless hanger on.. sorry for being so blunt.
Oh and others are spot on about Dotcom.. how much longer are they going to get away with being the biggest drain on every store? instead of constantly gutting the shop floor they should be looking at that department to see why it loses so much money.
As for my predictions.. I think Team Support going and Bakeries closing is a good shout.
