My manager has been told she’s got a briefing this afternoon guessing Union Reps will also get told as that’s usually the case. Atmosphere not great and while the Store Manager was on his call the managers were all in the confidential office and now walking around in small groups very awkwardly

If it’s anything around Stock Control our manager is on holiday abroad for 2 weeks would they disturb them while on a family holiday they’re only young with a pre school daughter and not long bought a house too doubt their redundancy would be much as only been with company around 4 maybe 5 years

Honestly people need to be careful posting all that bullshit acting like they knew what was happening. Not good for peoples mental health. None of it was right.

I agree, even the changes someone has mentioned for Phone shop isn’t completely correct. Some larger profitable phone shops will keep a single manager however in smaller/quieter phone shops they will have a manager covering 2 shops. Let’s stick to fact instead of trying to make out you know what your talking about. It’s fine to predict and discuss but some people on here clearly think they are the decision maker!
