      where can they even take 60 hours from? even if they use the heatmaps they aren’t accurate.

        Its all store specific so not all stores will be the same.

        Mine is losing compliance manager but our nearest Extra is keeping theirs. I’m not sure what data they are basing decisions on.

          Hearing it could be dotcom focused. A complete overhaul of everything from manager structure to shift leader roles being reduced to 60% picking.
