Dotcom lead manager going in some stores. Reduction in dotcom managers hours in extras. Store specific obviously on banding.
Honestly people need to be careful posting all that bullshit acting like they knew what was happening. Not good for peoples mental health. None of it was right.

Yep. It’s crazy. Our store puts all the in experienced new managers/placements in dotcom, years of experience in the shop floor. Yet again, the experience will be lost and people rushed through development without a clue stay.
As for previous comment about ambient and fresh. Fresh is far more complex and faster paced than ambient, and skilled areas like bakery. If it’s a big extra. 1 is not enough for fresh.
My extra has 3 day leads (dotcom/lead trade/ lead gm & services)
1 ambient TM
2 fresh TM
1 GM & FF TM
1 stock & admin TM
1 front end and services manager3 dotcom picking TM
1 driving TMGoing to 4 TM on the shop floor and keeping 4 in dotcom seems bonkers.
Managers still get an annual bonus.
Most likely briefing Monday. Same time two years ago. Day after every voice matters, how nice of them. Which times the consultation perfectly so that they don’t have to pay the annual bonus just before you leave.
