Many stores large have combined stock admin cash & GM.

I’ve heard shift leaders – more task 75%

Dotcom shift leader move to 50% task

Team supports – go for those who still have them

And then another hour move around that shaves 15-40hrs store size dependant across all depts so that we don’t notice another reduction of hours

I can’t see Team Support going unless they are creating a runner role because someone will always have to be in control at the front end, esp in large stores.

Not sure what store level your from but in our shop shift leaders are already tasked with 75% and dot com 50 that happened in the last structure change .
We don’t have team support . And only two team mangers one service one replen. However we are lucky to still have a night manager and 3 night shift leaders and 4.5 day shift leaders ( too many if you ask me)

Business update at 9am

In our large store. We already had shift leaders tasked at 80/20. We only have 4 team managers and no lead managers. No night manager. The stock and admin has
h&b, gm, f&f, non food stock, grocery stock, cash office, admin and price integrity.
I honestly can’t see what else they can squeeze out. But we will soon see.

There’s only selected Extras that still have a Stock and Admin manager. In the majority of stores it already moved under GM.

Team Support and Admin roles not effected. Don’t know about the wider store as my Union rep seemed unsure herself but sounds like hours are being cut in some places. CSD by the sounds of it might be joining PFS in closing at 8PM in Extras

I’m patiently waiting to hear what changes are being announced! I’m team support at front end and thinking that this is the year we could potentially go ! I think Csd will have a reduction in hours? Really despise this time of year ! I work in a superstore. Kinda has me wondering as the off till activity is about and colleagues can do they’re own resets voids etc .

Automated cleaning machines, cardboard compactors in warehouses, QR codes on fresh with info embedded into them, self serve that can be manned if needed. Those are the main bits

It’s more than that.
Although it’s selective to the store, so different in each store, not blanket changes.
